Attendees will develop a greater understanding of what motivates individuals and the role that leaders play in shaping the environment where effective teams can develop. An Insights profile will form part of the workshop and provide an opportunity to discuss your personal leadership style.
The workshop will cover:
· The ways in which leaders contribute to the organisational environment and how this impacts on individuals and team development.
· The diversity of individual personality and what motivates individuals to excel.
· How we can adapt our leadership behaviour to connect more effectively with our teams.
· Methods of managing/influencing upwards and developing our profile.
· How we can effectively facilitate the development of the teams we lead.
Follow Up Coaching
The 1-day workshop will be followed by 1-hour individual coaching session, building on the action plan produced by each attendee.

· What motivates individuals and preferred roles within teams?
· Adapting leadership style to connect with team members.
· Managing/influencing upwards.
· Organisational culture and leaders as role models.
Follow Up Details: 1 hour coaching session
· Review of personal action plan.
· Team Leadership issues and personal problem solving.
