Situational Leadership

Situational Leadership II (SLII) (The Ken Blanchard Companies) is one of the most comprehensive and up-to-date, yet practical, method of effectively managing and developing people, time and resources.

It focuses on the fundamental changes in the role of the contemporary leader and helps leaders convert from boss, evaluator, judge, and critic to partner, facilitator, cheerleader, supporter and coach.

SLII is designed to reach beyond the training event to impact business results.  It utilises activities that significantly increase the likelihood that all learners will apply their learning on the job.  To support this, learners will utilise leadership assessments and create their own 'Impact Map' identifying critical actions and to develop a game plan for becoming a Situational Leader.

The workshop will be facilitated by either one or two of ARM’s SLII accredited trainers; Sara Feulner – VP Global HR Services, Mark Heider – Global L&D Manager, Summer Fern – L&D Advisor, Bill Parsons – Executive VP of HR.
