Career Development Workshop: Effective Career Management (MBTI)

Career Development workshop: What everyone should know about career structures.

Exploring and shaping your career pathway to your best advantage

This 1 day workshop has been designed for those who want to take greater control of their careers. Too often in this fast moving world we can feel we lack control. With conflicting pressures in and out of the workplace it is all too easy to simply react and ignore what matters most. We need to develop a greater sense of self awareness and to develop a clearer focus on our priorities. The workshop will be reflective in style and the group’s size will be managed to reflect the personal nature of the subject and discussions.

The workshop will effectively hold a mirror up to each attendee and ask them to reflect on a number of different facets of their career to date and personality. The workshop will reinforce the need for each individual to take greater control of their career, but importantly with an improved sense of awareness and direction. The Myers Briggs Type Indicator will form part of the workshop and provide an opportunity to discuss your personality and how this impacts on your past, current and future career direction.

The workshop leader, Paul Sanderson has operated as a senior manager in a number of well known organisations, including Aviva and J Sainsbury. More recently he has set up his own consultancy business working with a range of organisations in both the private and public sectors.
