Booking delegate places on TLC training courses:
All members are set up with an online account which allows:
Quick and easy booking of delegates to attend any course listed on the TLC Website
Instant online confirmation or cancellation of delegate places for all future courses
This is accessed from the TLC website via a login given to authorised staff as your company joins as a member. This online account also means that you can keep a detailed record of all training spend and employee training attendances with a download facility to Excel for HR staff to use.
TLC member rates and payment:
All TLC courses are priced in 'training units' - 1 unit = £150 +VAT
TLC will invoice each member whenever they want to purchase a 'top-up' of training units, then deposit the units into their account ready for authorised staff to 'spend' on booking courses. After logging into ther account, members can view their account balance - i.e. how many training units are currently held in their TLC account.
Each time a member books a delegate onto a course a unit deduction is automatically made, and the balance of units in the account reduces. When there are no units left, TLC will contact members to ask if they wish to purchase more units to 'top-up' their account and allow further course bookings to be made.
Non-member rates and payment:
Non-member organisations pay a higher rate for 'training units'.
TLC accepts bookings from non-member organisations, places are charged at non-member rates with payment required in advance by invoice. Non-members who wish to reserve a place on a training course should contact TLC directly:

Conditions of TLC Membership:
Members must purchase sufficient 'training units' before they may booking any training places - 1 unit = £150 +VAT. A minimum purchase of 10 units at a total cost of £1500 +VAT is necessary for an organisation to become a member of TLC.
Organisations become a member of TLC for one year. During their annual membership they may purchase as many units as they wish (minimum initial purchase of 10 units required). All units purchased must be spent during that 12 month period and may not be carried over for use in the subsequent membership year, except with prior permission given at the time of purchase. At the end of the annual membership, organisations will be contacted to ask if they wish to renew their membership of TLC.
Cancellations:
All training courses once booked may be cancelled 4 weeks before the course date with no penalty. After this date a 100% cancellation charge will be incurred. Alternatively, a substitute delegate may be sent at any time.
Becoming a Member of TLC:
It's quick and easy to join TLC! As soon as you contact us we can set up everything you need to start booking training with us within a couple of days.

Inform TLC how many 'units' you would like to purchase

TLC sends you an invoice for your 'units' (minimum purchase 10 units)

TLC sets up your online account and deposits your units into your account so you are ready to book courses online

TLC sends you login details to allow you to access your account

Login to your TLC account:
check your unit balance
look at the TLC calendar
register your delegates onto TLC training courses as required
keep an eye on your past training records and spend
Step 7
TLC email you regular updates to keep you informed about all new courses and forthcoming dates for training and member meetings
Step 8
Communicate in person or by email/telephone with the TLC team regularly throughout the year to request training courses or other services identified from your most recent training needs analysis.
